Flohio has become one of the most interesting newbies in the British rap scene. People started noticing her after recording the song Bands for the popular series A COLORS SHOW. Single Watchout was released shortly afterwards and won the title of Best New Music from Pitchfork. With the EP Wild Youth release in 2018, she developed her dynamic image, fearlessness and fight against stereotypes and labeling.
Since then, she has been increasingly perceived as an artist that you should definitely keep an eye on. Flohio proves that the underground scene in south London is just way too small for her. The Guardian called it “Britain’s most important new voice” and the BBC put it on the Sound of 2019 list. In 2020, her first debut album, No Panic No Pain, saw the light of day.
