Introducing Metronome Fair

This year's event is just around the corner. So let's open the door a bit and take a look at the non-musical program. The Metronome Fair will offer theater, workshops, creative studios, games, and art. You will be able to take home not just memories, but also something to remember it by.

At the ARTOVÁNÍ booth, you can get a henna tattoo or join a workshop where you'll learn how to paint with it. The SKOBA association has prepared an eco-friendly notebook-making activity using old Metronome Prague publications. SECOND HAND 1981 will offer unique clothing items, perfect for those caught off guard by the weather. They will have hoodies and raincoats, which you can customize and personalize right there.

For the little ones, DAMÚZA has prepared puppet shows, the Goethe Institute will host a Kinderclub in German, and with Albi, you can try the Finnish stick game Molkky.

Exklusive Podcasts

The collaboration between the Doupě music club and Metronome Prague has borne more fruit. The DopeYeah Talks series features unique documentary films in which Rob Cass, producer and talent scout from Abbey Road Studios, talks with musicians who visited the Prague club Doupě before performing at Metronome Prague 2024.

In the first episode, Sian Evans, the charismatic singer of the band Kosheen, shares her journey from a hippie lifestyle in Wales to the Bristol trip-hop scene, drawing inspiration from Portishead and Massive Attack. She also discusses the challenges she faced as a woman in the 90s music scene and the complexities of creative relationships.

In the upcoming episodes, Phillip Dausch, one half of the group Milky Chance, singer Lusaint, singer, songwriter, and producer Myles Sanko, and the legendary singer and keyboardist Andrew Roachford will share their stories.

Ticket holders for this year's Metronome Prague will receive free access to the DopeYeah Talk episodes in their email inboxes, giving them a unique opportunity to discover the previously unknown twists and turns of their idols' musical journeys!
