Martina and Anthony handle the booking and dramaturgy of the Metronome festival. Martina is the key person—she communicates with the bands. Without Martina and Anthony, the festival would have no program.

Eva manages the Metronome Club where members have service throughout the year, arranging tickets for sold out concerts around the world, as well as providing regular information about interesting concerts and events. Members meet at musical and non-musical events.
