TICKETS INFORMATION

You can use a variety of payment methods to purchase tickets.
If for some reason you are unable to visit METRONOME PRAGUE, you can sell your tickets securely via TICKETSWAP.

VIP TICKETS

     One day or three-day entrance
     Access to the VIP zone and all Metronome Prague programmes
     Own bar and food with a superior and wider assortment at festival prices
     Comfortable facilities with sufficient capacity
     Comfortable sanitary facilities
     Separate priority access to the festival grounds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

     For a child (under 12 years old) to enter the VIP zone, a 3 days, VIP Child ticket is required (except for children in a stroller, carrier or scarf). This ticket is without seating. To guarantee a child’s seating in the VIP zone, a full VIP ticket – seating must be purchased.
     Persons under 20,99 years old can use JUNIOR tickets at a reduced price.
     We recommend purchasing tickets only HERE on our website and from an official Ticketstream reseller.
     If your purchased tickets have not arrived, it is advisable to first check that your ticket email has not been spammed or sent to bulk mail. If not, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected].
     Cancellation of ticket purchases or refund of tickets already purchased is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

DISABLED PERSON / DISABLED PERSON WITH ACCOMPANIMENT TICKETS

We want the METRONOME FESTIVAL experience to be accessible to everyone. Access to all stages is barrier-free and stair-free, platforms will be installed at the main stages for comfortable viewing of the programme by people with disabilities, and toilets, catering and other services are similarly accessible.

     Holders of a Disabled Persons ID Card can purchase three-day tickets at a discounted price
     Only one discounted three-day ticket can be purchased per Disabled Persons ID Card
     One ticket for Disabled Persons' ID Card holders who need to be accompanied, is valid for two persons
     We accept Disabled Persons ID Card cards of citizens of the Czech Republic and other EU member states
