THOM ARTWAY A HOSTÉ

Singer, songwriter and guitarist Thom Artway combines a modern sound with classic songwriting. In 2015, his hit I Have No Inspiration dominated the Czech charts for over a year and a half, launching his career. Two English-language albums followed, and his 2016 debut Hedgehog won two Anděl music awards. 

But then Thom began to move into the Czech language. Thom Artway excels at communicating with the audience, people often and happily sing along. His concerts are an experience filled with the genuine joy of music. He says that it is the songs in Czech that allow him to communicate better with the Czech audience. Accompanied by the whole band, the concert takes on a more intense and lively dimension.

Thom is also a great performer thanks to his beginnings and experience abroad. He used to play regularly at Lennon's Wall in Prague and spent 5 months playing the streets of Australia. In July 2017, he was the winner of the Czech Fresh project, which aims to promote the export of Czech music. Since then, Thom has performed at prestigious international festivals in Europe and the United States. 
He will perform at Metronome Prague 2025 on Friday 20th June, and he will be bringing guests! He will be joined on stage by singer, guitarist and songwriter Stepan Urban and rising young musician RODAN.
